See below: There are several different antidepressant medications that are very different, so side effect profiles vary depending on the class and specific medication. Drowsiness, dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, dry eyes may occur with tricyclics. Sexual dysfunction and nausea is seen commonly with ssri's, less so with snri's. Some people experience a little stimulation with fluoxetine and bupropion.
