HIV is a Virus: I would be very curious to know the context of your question. Hiv in any normal human setting will be potentially contagious regardless of the 'temperature' of the person infected with hiv. Are you asking because you think there is a situation where HIV would not infect someone? Heat treatment of an infected human would in no way work. It would not rid the body of the HIV genes in the human.
