Neuropsych more bio: Psychiatry focuses on more of the social and psychological aspects of mental illness with some emphasis on biological or physical causes. Neuropsychiatry is more focused on structural or functional causes of mental illness based on observed pathology in the nervous system which can lead to the determination of an actual physical cause for mental disorders.

Really the same: Neuro psychiatry and psychiatry are synonymous. The first is an older term, which seems to still be popular in some areas of the country.

Subspecialty : Neuropsychiatry is a subspecialty for those trained in either neurology or psychiatry. An extra year of training and passing an additional board-exam is required. Some psychiatrists advertise themselves as neuropsychiatrists but may or may not have obtained the added board-certification.
