X ray and plane radiation exposure, do i have anything to be worried about?

Think about it...: If riding in an airplane were a risk, what would the pilots and crew face? I am a 2m miler and while the exposure is more than if i lived in cave, i would never have seen the taj majal or foz do iguazu. Slight increase in risk; versus astounding benefit. Same can be said for x-ray exposure. Get only x-ray tests needed.
