Disease of rich: Developed nations , due to processed food , lack of roughage and fibre in the diet could be the cause , not prevalent in developing nations , the mucous membrane of colon bubbles out , with out muscle wall , may rupture in to peritoneum resulting massive infection in some , usually present left lower quadrant pains , constipation and fever.
