Folate (folic acid) is advised: Magnesium should be checked first. The other things should be discussed. You want at least 400 of folate (folic acid) every day if you are planning to get pregnant to avoid the risks of neural tube defects (cleft lip, cleft palate, spina bifida, etc ).
