Vit B6, Magnesium: This is not a "home remedy." It is from published research (sorry, don't have cite at hand). Vitamin B6, 200-500 mg per day, plus Magnesium (400-500 mg/day--or up to "bowel tolerance."). You can't "OD" on magnesium, because too much will cause diarrhea. Good idea to take a high-potency B complex along with the B6. Also,Cranberry juice, 2 glasses/day.
