What have you tried?: I'm going to assume that you have tried topical benzoyl peroxide 5% 2x/day for several weeks and you use folk remedies only as adjuncts if at all. Half of acne patients need prescription-strength rx. If topical clindamycin, the oral contraceptive pill (for ladies), oral tetracycline, and topical spironolactone have failed, consider Isotretinoin from a dermatologist. It's rough but it works.
