Any chance "not see" your baby in week 18 on trans-vaginal scan?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: At 18 weeks pregnant the uterus is almost to the belly button. The ultrasound is done abdominally to get a good look at the baby, and often a transvaginal scan is done also to get a close look at the cervix. So if a woman is 18 weeks, the baby will be seen both ways, though better abdominally.
