Headaches: If you are certain that your headaches are related to your grinding your teeth, a dentist is the professional to see. A dentist trained in neuromuscular dentistry will do an appraisal of not just your teeth, but also the muscles of your head and neck. An appliance can be custom made to reduce/eliminate the bruxing. He will also be able to advise you if a consultation with a neurologist is needed.
