Possible, but: Bloating, alternating diarrhea and constipation, pelvic pressure could go along with ovarian cancer, but truly it is more likely to be due to an intestinal issue. Irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulitis, problems digesting some food, pelvic infection are all possible. I recommend you get seen and examined. An ultrasound will let you know if there is an ovarian problem.
