Will there be any complications or ill-effects in the future from getting a partial orchiectomy on one testicle from trauma (other one is still fine)?

Not likely: If you are young and healthy, there should be no serious long-term effects from loss of a portion of one testis with the other testis being normal. This is true for both the hormone production aspect and reproductive or sperm production aspect of testis function.
