Could be either: Sle and sjögren's syndrome can both cause enlarged lymph nodes. These diseases also can increase the risk of lymphoma - a type of cancer which can also cause these lymph nodes to swell. It is also possible that your swollen lymph nodes are due to sinus problems, an infection, or something unrelated to your autoimmune disease. You should see your doctor to determine the best course for you.
