May appear that way: Exfoliation just means peeling off the external layer, for the most part it is the dead skin that is about to shed anyway. Thus, peeling off this layer will allow you to see the newer layer of skin which often looks younger and healthier, but that is just the appearance. This new layer will age and she off, thus back to where your skin should be. Not a good long term solution. Good luck.
