A 18-year-old female asked:
everytime i move my shoulder it pops and only hurts for about 1 minute after. it doesn't hurt unless lifting any weight. what should i do about this?

Shoulder: Sounds like you have partial dislocation of yourshoulder.Physiotherapy may be very helpful.

Could be biceps tendinitis and/or a label tear which could cause a feeling of instability within the shoulder as already suggested. Therapy can help but if it doesn't an MRI with dye placed in the shoulder can be useful to determine if surgery is necessary to alleviate the pain.
