Pimple on head: Dipak, the pimple on the head is a separate problem than the hair issue. For the pimple on the head try a gentle wash for acne that you can use on the face. You can also use 10 percent benzoyl peroxide. The hair loss may be genetic and just coincidental. Try some rogaine (minoxidil) or see your family doctor. Your family doctor will be able to tell you if it is male pattern loss or not.
