Around May 18: One can just grab a calendar and count backwards 38 weeks from the estimated due date. In this case, conception would be around may 18. There is no way to tell the exact day that conception occurred in an all-natural pregnancy. The official start of the pregnancy would be 2 weeks before that, or 40 weeks before the estimated due date.
