My knee hurts me when i stand and that leg is thinner after i broke pelvis on that side. what can i do?

Exercise: The knee pain may be from a knee problem, but a weak quadriceps can lead to pain from easy fatiquability in that leg. A thinner leg suggests a failure to completely rehabilitate that leg. The only way to do that is exercise. Walk, swim, or ride a bike.
