Nonrestorative sleep: You likely have a sleep disorder. Your sleep cycle is being disturbed by something - may be external noise, medications, alcohol, stimulants, gerd, obstructive or even central sleep apnea, circadian rhythm disorder, periodic leg movement, etc. Should see your doc.
