Vulva: There can be multiple conditions that affect the vulva. Infections, autoimmune, trauma, physiologic, etc. You could have any one of those. It would be hard to give you a diagnosis without seeing the bump. It could be various things. To decrease the itching until you see a doctor you could maintain the area dry, clean, use cotton underwear, change pantyliners often and dont use stron soaps down th.
