Bone at back of neck, right below the skull. it isn't on the skull, it's below it. it doesn't stick out, i feel it when i press. what could this be?

C-spine: It may be cervical vertebra. If you are so conscious, and so thin that you can feel it, then have MRI of cervical spine to make sure there is nothing abnormal growing there. Thanks.

Occipital bone: Its called the occipital protuberance. Its normal and found on back of skull.

Occipital Bone: That is called the occipital protuberance on the back side of the skull. It is normal and almost everyone has this. Unless it hurts, i wouldn't worry about it.
