Vaginal discharges: White thick discharge: common at beginning ; end of cycle. If itching present may indicate a yeast infection. Clear ; stretchy: "fertile" mucous (you're ovulating) clear ; watery: throughout cycle (can be heavy after exercising). Yellow /green: may be infection, especially if thick/clumpy (cottage cheese) w/foul odor. Brown: right after period (old bld clearing out) spotting brn: ?Ovulation, preg.
