Yes: When you miss your expected period and you are pregnant then it has been 2 weeks, on average, since you conceived. We (medical people) will say you are 4 weeks because we date the pregnancy from the first day of your last menstrual period.

Actually,: It is true that you can generally detect pregnancy between the time you have missed your period and two weeks later using many of the home pregnancy tests. I think you can stop the home testing and see your doctor.
