UNDO HABIT: Habits are things we repetetively do without thinking. We have to consciously choose different or we do things without reason. There is no reason to eat salty and then sweet. Counterbalancing unconsciousy generally means we are overdoing one thing and try to swing to the other side. If you eat everything in moderation and for a reason, then you are eating a meal. Choose to undo.
