Maybe: Hypothyroid can cause many things including low libido, vaginal dryness...If your hypothyroidism is treated with normalization of thyroid levels, the symptoms should improve. If not, then there is another cause for the lack of orgasm.

Possibly: Secondary anorgasmia (not being able to have an orgasm after having them in the past) is not usually associated with hypothyroidism. But, hypothyroidism can make you feel weak and tired. Feeling weak and tired can make it very hard to have a normal sexual experience.
