Sudafed: Because it contains Pseudoephedrine which may disrupt your child's sleep, use slt water nose drops with the sid of a bulb syringe to clear his nasal passages. Also use a vaporizer and elevate his mattress while sleeping. If need be you can use clartin, allegra, or zyrtec syrup, 1 tsp at bedtime and may be repeated 12 hours later, if necessary.
