Low sodium: Some mood stabilizeres like tegretol or Trileptal induce water reabsorption which dilutes the sodium in the blood causing hyponatremia doctors may consider a different medication or additional salt tablets.

Low sodium: Some antidepressants (such as zoloft) can cause hyponatremia (low serum sodium). I can't see what medications you're on, though, since you haven't listed them. Hoping you'll follow up with your primary care physician and/or psychiatrist to see what changes might need to be made or further investigations done. If you're on lithium for your bipolar disorder, this is even more urgent.

135 mEq/L -145 mEq/L: Below 130 meq/l is a red flag. Hyponatraemia can cause significant condition, such as lethargy, headache, confusion, convulsions. The antidepressants (especially ssris) cause you to urinate or perspire more than usual. Rec. See your health care provider for medication management.
