Discuss with Doctor: It is hard for us to answer your question as we do not know your clinical condtion.Most of the time it does take more than 2 days to feel better and the effectiveness of the antibiotics depends on the suspected organism or organism detected on culture.Levofloxin does not cover all the organisms causing most pneumonias.And at times we use two antibiotics to cover common organisms causing pneumonia.
