Vaccines not shots: Influenza nasal vaccine, oral polio which is not used any more in us, but still used in many countries, rota virus vaccine for babies are the only which are not shots.

Most needed are not: A little hurt can stop a lot of death or disability. Some vaccines can be done orally but these actually use weakened viruses that cause a mild infection to create protection. Most of the real lifesaver vaccines can only be given as shots. That's the way the immune system needs them to provide protection.
