Best to talk to MD: It seems someone is following you already. The presence of pus is concerning and has to be explained by your doctor. The motility of the sperm is an important index for fertility and 0% motility does not sound good. If the pus is taken care of, your problem may improve. So talk to your doctor. Good luck.
