By ingesting: Fluids from another person's body - your are exposing yourself to bacteria or viruses they may carry. Usually when animal blood/ products are consumed, they have been cooked. In the scenario of ingesting menstrual tissue ; fluid- the material is raw. Do not recommend this practice as it is not sanitary.
