Could be: There is something called a "peripartum cardiomyopathy." there is no specific test that can confirm it - it's a diagnosis of exclusion, made in retrospect. You need an echocardiogram to determine what exactly is making your heart enlarged, ie weakened muscle, valvular regurgitation or stenosis, intracardiac shunt?
