Possibles: Does it hurt to touch, move? If no fever, chills unlikely infection. Colon in that area, and tubes and ovaries. . Chance of pregnancy? May need full exam to clarify.

Do not know.: If you are worried then be seen and have it looked at. Infection if often red and inflamed and very tender to touch. A strained muscle will be sore and may cause some discomfort on moving. Infection may also have swollen lymph nodes in the area as well as fever.
