Yes: Light colored foods, foods high in fat can cause your stools to be lighter in color. Also, foods with artificial dyes can alter the color of your stools, and sometimes your urine. Eating/drinking foods that have added blue food coloring, can give a bluish to greenish tint to your stools/urine. Same with reds and purples.
