No quick fix: Under-eating and over-exercising will get weight down, but only temporarily. This type of the diet is unbalanced, short-term, and eventually self-defeating. There’s no doubt that by committing to a healthy regimen and to a regular exercise routine, you will lose weight, but it is still a diet. Think about changing behavior for a long lasting results.
