GET LOOKED AT!: Unfortunately online diagnosis is pretty useless for these situations, because there is no way anyone can tell you what this is without looking at you and making a thorough diagnosis. This may include imaging and further testing. Please go get looked at as soon as possible, it would be very beneficial to you to get examined as soon as possible, you will be glad knowing and not guessing!

Cyst or lipoma: Could be a fluid filled cyst or even a fat filled lipoma. Usually these are benign, however see your physician if you are worried about this.
