If you don't have...: ...The characteristic circular rash (erythema migrans), the only symptoms are often aches, fatigue, and others usually associated with flu. Sometimes there are no symptoms at all. If you're worried about it, see a doctor and have lyme titres done.

Lyme disease: Lyme disease affects different areas of the body in varying degrees as it progresses. The site where the tick bites the body is where the bacteria enter through the skin.
