What are some ways to relax the mind and get in the mood for final exams?

Be active, sleep: Physical activity can really help with focus. Try to incorporate some into your daily schedule. Sleep is very important. Try to get at least 7-8 hours during finals time. Eat right! don't skip meals or eat a lot of junk food. Try to avoid too much caffeine. Finally, study with people and try to make it fun! socializing while studying makes it more interesting.
