No: The cyst per se isn't dangerous to the baby. If you need surgery during your pregnancy, that could be an issue, though women have surgery frequently during pregnancy with no complications. Your GI doctor is best able to let you know how serious this cyst is, but just having a cyst in the intestinal tract doesn't put fetus at risk.

Might be pregnant?: Check a pregnancy test and then you will not have to wonder if you are pregnant. If you are schedule a visit with a an obgyn and bring along the report showing you have an intestinal cyst. The doctor can evaluate what it is, where it is and determine if any action needs to take place.
