Likely OK: The cough or sneeze may irritate the diaphragm, which is the source of the subsequent hiccoughs. If no fevers, if cough non-productive, then can give it a couple days to resolve with symptomatic treatment. If above or worsens, see your dr / urgent care / er -- as may need a chest x-ray to look for pneumonia / fluid buildup.
