A member asked:

I have heard that eating chicken will cause more hair growth on the body. is it true ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Eating normal chickens will not cause a person to grow more body hair, armpit hair, leg hair, or even scalp hair. Chickens are birds, but eating them won't cause us to grow any bird features either. Of course, chicken is not a mandatory food (there are many other sources of protein and calories). If an avid chicken eater, one should be sure to use the healthiest recipes and cooking techniques.
