That could be factor: Hydrate well - at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 of fruit per day. Avoid junk carbs and go for whole breads and foods with higher fiber content. Insure you get daily aerobic activity/ exercise.
