Hard to tell: You history is too vague to get an answer. If you had been using an anti-fungal cream yet the "ringworm" continued to spread, then it is not ringworm. Perhaps it is time for you to see your doctor.

With Pityriasis rosea, the herald patch wont respond to fungal/steroid cream, correct? Pityriasis rosea is my diagnosis, but was initially treated as ring worm and the patch responded to the cream. Could this contradict it being pityriasis rosea?
