When it is gone: With poison oak, the skin is acutely inflamed. Shaving ur legs may irritate the skin even more. U may want to wait till the rash is gone.

Rash still active?: If the skin is still blistery, draining, itchy, or red, it would be best to wait until it's healed.

Once healed: Shaving should be ok once there is no longer any redness, blistering, or scabbing remaining from the dermatitis - in other words once your skin has healed / recovered.
