Could be UTI: Could be a bladder infection. Sounds like your bladder is irritated. This can be tested simply with a urine test with your physician and is usually easily treated with antibiotics if it is a uti.

See urologist: Frequent urination can be caused by urinary infection, usually associated with burning. This cured with antibiotics.Voiding frequently at night may mean urinary obstruction and not emptying bladder completely. In men the most common cause is enlarged prostate. The most recognizable symptom of prostate cancer is the frequency of nocturnal urination. You should see urologist for examination.

Post Void Dribbling: Post-Void Dribbling is pretty common and generally benign complaint, especially among males as they get older. Prostate conditions such as BPH and Prostatitis are most commonly implicated. Urethral diverticula can also cause similar complaints in females but I haven't seen this personally (but then I'm not a urologist).

Possible infection: A urinary tract infection or a kidney stone might possibly cause these issues. Consider urinalysis with culture. Perhaps visit with your gynecologist.
