Slight hemolysis,,: According to a scale outlined by cornell university, this apparently means slightly hemolyzed blood (range 20-100) with <20 none, 100-300 moderate, >300 severe. This is a semi-quantitative measurement of the free hemoglobin in the blood in mg/dl. This should be interpreted in conjunction with your clinical status (how you feel) so it's also wise to talk to your dr. About what it means for you.
