See below : It could b from your primary disease process or pouchitis or perhaps even a fistula or just normal for you. See your surgeon to get it checked out.

Retained rectum: The primary disease process for which the colostomy was created could cause these things, but it is not abnormal to have disuse proctitis and a constant pressure from mucus formation in the retained rectum.
