It went away for 6 months but started again last month but it is not every time I use the bathroom its mostly when I am constipated. Im just scared of cancer Im 32. How likely is mucus in stool colon or rectal cancer?
Couple of months now, most of the time I use the bathroom, slight pain like tiny piece of glass & bright red streak on stool. Constipation often too.

Son is not constipated. Stool is soft but not loose.He does not go into bathroom until it's urgent but then it takes an hour for stool to finish. ?
Is soluble fiber unhelpful for constipation? it softened my stool of course, and even made me go to the bathroom, but I always read that insoluble is better, I tried to see if there's any cheap generic citrucel and I can't find any. help?
