Little: Most organisms affecting rabbits cannot infect humans. There are a few deep seated ones like brucellosis but this is not transmissable by cleaning off the eyes of your bunny. If you start to get red eyes, see your ophthalmologist for evaluation but the rabbit is an unlikely source.
