I need help getting rid of lice i have long thin hair?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Multiple steps: #1) lice must be completely eliminated from your environment so you don't get re-infested. This is straightforward because lice can't survive separate from a host. #2) don't get re-infected from someone else with lice. #3) have someone remove all lice and eggs (nits) from your hair. If you don't have someone to do it for you, look for someone who is a "professional" and pay them to do it.
